At Missteeq all purchases are fully secured,by Actinic Payments to make sure your details and address are safe guarded and are not used by third parties.Once your payment has gone through all your credit/card details are securely stored by Actinic..You can shop securely/confidently with us.
Items may be returned if not suitable within, 5 days,they must be in original packaging/labels must be intact and must not be worn or damaged in any way,
There will be a 50% handling charge if any of the above is not intact.Jewellery will not be accepted/refunded due to hygeine purposes.We cannot refund on orders custom made with your special specifications.
Customer is liable to post the package at their expense in original packaging.
Please ensure that all e.mail addresses and delivery address is correct as Missteeq will not be responsible for invoices not recieved/goods not recieved on time if delivery address given is incorrect.
